In an effort to customize and elevate the shopping experience, we developed a playful campaign and identity that spoke directly to pet-lovers–providing them with product suggestions, brand spotlights, and entertaining content in a new and elevated look. We combined this web facelift with an interactive social media and charity campaign to collectively build customer engagement across multiple platforms.
